Close Protection Officer – Ethiopia

Blue Radiance Group is seeking experienced Close Protection professionals for current and upcoming opportunities in Ethiopia. Applications are open internationally — candidates must hold a valid weapons carry licence issued or recognised by Ethiopian authorities.

Requirements

• Valid weapons carry licence issued or recognised by Ethiopia authorities (mandatory)
• Open to international applicants who meet the licence requirement
• Minimum 10 years of military experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional Close Protection experience
• Proven experience in Executive Protection, PSD or related security operations
• Strong firearms safety and professional weapons-handling skills
• Experience operating in challenging, complex or high-risk environments
• Recognised Close Protection / PSD qualification preferred
• FREC, FPOS or TCCC qualification highly desirable
• Good physical fitness and operational readiness
• Strong situational awareness and professional discipline
• High standards of integrity, discretion and professional conduct
• Ability to work effectively within a professional security team
• Valid driving licence and protective/security driving experience advantageous
• English and French language skills are advantageous
• Ability to successfully complete background and reference checks
